Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
1. Senior Administrative Assistant – Qualification & Experience: A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with at least second class along with five years experience in the field of Purchase & Stores /Accounts/Establishment in a Univ./Govt./Autonomous Body/reputed Pvt. Firm. Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates who have higher qualification & working knowledge etc. Essential: Working knowledge on computer (MS Office) operation. |
2. Personal Assistant – Qualification & Experience : A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a minimum speed of 100 wpm in English shorthand and 40 wpm in typing. Five years experience as a Stenographer in University/Government/Autonomous Body/reputed Private Firm. Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates who have higher qualification & working knowledge experience, etc. Essential : Working knowledge on computer (MS Office) operation. |
3. Administrative Assistant – Qualification & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with three years experience in the field of Purchase & Stores /Accounts/Establishment in a University/Government/Autonomous Body/reputed Private Firm. Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates who have higher qualification & working knowledge etc. Essential : Working knowledge on computer (MS Office) operation. |
