Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: (As on 01.07.2023)
| 1. Chief Manager (SMGS-IV) – Educational Qualification: Graduation (in any discipline) Preference would be given to candidates who are Post Graduates / Chartered Accountants / IT Graduates Experience: Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank / PSU / Leading NBFC, FI/ Payment – Fintech Company with at least 3 years of Product Development / Operations experience in Cash Management or B2B / B2C payments. Preferable: – Knowledge in Sales / Relationship Management /Implementation. – Knowledge of cash management products or B2B /B2C payments. – Strong communication skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. – Analytical skills to identify customer needs and market trends and develop product roadmaps accordingly. – Candidates with work experience in Cash Management /Payment Companies. |
Age Limit: (As on 01.07.2023)
