- Individual should have attained the minimum standard of fifthplaceintheJunior National competitions, representing any State/ Union TerritoryinSeniorNational competitions conducted by respective Sports Federations or All IndiaInterUniversity competitions or SAI (Khelo India National) in any of thesportsdisciplinesmentioned at Para 1.
