Educational Qualification:
| 1. Secretary – Essential Qualification: Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Desirable Qualification: ACS/FCS/ACA/FCA/MBA/LLB/PhD Minimum Experience: At least 25 years including 5 years in the level 14 & above in 7th CPC or equivalent in senior managerial position. |
| 2. Civil Engineer – Essential Qualification: B.E (Civil) from UGC recognized University. Experience: Not less than 5 years of relevant working experience in civil and architectural works. |
