Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: (As on 22.01.2024)
| 1. Senior Research Fellow (SRF-A) – Essential: M.Sc. (Agricultural Physics/Soil Science & Agri. Chemistry), M.A./M.Sc. (Geography), M.Sc. (Geology/Physics), MTech (Remote Sensing & GIS, Geoinformatics)/ Environmental Science/ Electrical /Electronics /Civil Engineering and relevant sciences with working experience on remote sensing, from a recognized university/institution with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification**. Desirable: Experience in acquiring processing hyperspectral remote sensing data/ imaging spectrometry/ ArcGIS/ Google earth engine/Modelling/ IoTs/ Robotics/Drone remote sensing, Satellite image analysis, and programming in R / IDL/ Python for image processing |
| 2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF-B) – Essential: M. Tech. /M. E. (Agricultural Engineering (Farm Machinery)/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science) with 4/5 years Bachelor’s degree Desirable: Experience in Robotics, Drone, CAD for mechanical, electronic circuit development, Computer programming-C, Python and Android Application programming. Candidates having NET (ICAR/UGC/CSIR) or GATE will be preferred. |

Young Professional-II (YP-II) – Essential: Post Graduation in any subject from a recognized University Desirable: Five years of working experiences, knowledge of computer application, handling sophisticated instruments like Drone, Spectro-radiometer, FTIR, multispectral and hyperspectral sensors, canopy analyzer, SPAD meter, Mobile platform etc., experience in spectral data collection both in field and lab conditions, data retrieval and preprocessing of spectral data, lab analysis of soil and plant samples |
| 4. Project Assistant – Essential: Graduation in Agriculture or any subject from a recognized University Desirable: Three years of working experience of field crop experimentation, plant/ soil data sampling & collection, data entry and analysis in Microsoft Excel and laboratory data analysis of soil and plant samples. |
