| 1. Research Associates (Electronics) – Ph.D in Electronics OR having 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after ME/M.Tech in area related to Electronics with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal |
| 2. Research Associates (Physics) – Ph.D. in Physics OR having 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after post graduate degree (M.Sc or equivalent) in area related to Physics with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal |
| 3. Research Associates (Chemistry) – Ph.D. in Chemistry OR having 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after post graduate degree (M.Sc or equivalent) in area related to Chemistry with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal |
| 4. Junior Research Fellow (Electronics) – Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B. Tech.) in Electronics / Electronics & Communication in first division with NET/GATE qualification.
