Educational Qualification:
Post Code S2401, S2402, S2403, S2404, S2405, S2406 – Essential Educational qualification: Ph.D. (Submitted) in Chemistry / Chemical Sciences or Equivalent Desirable Qualification and/or Experience: 1. R&D Experience evidenced by Publications in SCI Journals/ Patents in the area of; (i) Electrochemical water treatment processes and removal of organic / inorganic contaminants; AND/OR (ii) Electrolytic processes involving electrocatalytic approach for hydrogen generation through water electrolysis; AND/OR (iii) Corrosion aspects of metalsmaterials / concrete structures and control methods; AND/OR (iv) Synthesis, fabrication, evaluation & scale-up activities of energy storage systems such as batteries (Liion, Na-ion, Redox Flow & new generation rechargeable batteries) and supercapacitors; AND/OR (v) Development of process for specialty chemicals and coating techniques especially electro-plating and electrometallurgy processes. AND/OR (vi) Electrochemical synthesis of organic molecules of unique selectivity towards oxidation, reduction & functionalization. AND/OR (vii)Development of various catalytic & flexible platforms for electrochemical biosensor applications. 2. M. Sc. (or M.S. as applicable) with Chemistry or equivalent as the major subject of study. |
