BVFCL Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for BVFCL:
- Loco Driver Trainee Gr-ll (MM) – 03 years regular full time Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/ University.
- Chemist Trainee Gr-ll (Chemical Lab.) – 03 years regular full time B.Sc. Degree with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized institute / University.
- Operator Trainee Gr-lI (Prod) – 03 years regular full time Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/ University Or 03 years regular full time B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 40% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/ University.
- Boiler Attendant Gr-ll – HSLC / lTl with 1st Class Boiler Attendant certificate or HSLC with National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) (Boiler Trade).Minimum 5 years of post qualification working experience in operation of Boilers -medium /high pressure water tube boilers in Fertilizer / Chemical industry. Training period shall not be considered as part of experience.
- Technician Trainee Gr-ll (lnstt.) – 3 years regular full time Diploma in Instrumentation/ Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication /Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/ University.
- Technician Trainee Gr-lI (Mech.) – 03 years regular full time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/ University.

Pay Scale for BVFCL:
For the Post at SI. No 01, 02 ,03, 05, 06, 07 & 08.
- Stipend equivalent to 75% of Pay (Basic + DA) of Rs. 9,950 00 + DA as applicable) per month.
- Balance 25% of pay (Basic + DA) of the training period shall be released in four quarterly instalments after successful completion of Training.
- The Trainees will be absorbed as Loco Driver Gr-II, Chemist Gr-II, Operator Grade-II and Technician Gr-II (Instrumentation/Mechanical /Electrical). in the pay scale of Rs.9,950-3%-22,3501- respectively plus usual allowances as admissible after successful completion of training.
For the Post at SI. No 09, 10, 11, 12 & 13
- Stipend equivalent to 75% of Pay (Basic + DA) of Rs. 9,450 00 + DA as applicable) per month.
- balance 25% of pay (Basic + DA) of the training period shall be released in four quarterly instalments next year on successful completion of Training.
- The Trainees will be absorbed as Technician Gr-Ill (Fitter), Technician Gr-Ill (AC-Machinic), Technician Gr-Ill (Welder), Technician Gr-III(Machinist), Technician Gr-Ill (Diesel Mechanic) in the pay scale of Rs.9450-3%-19450/- respectively plus usual allowances as admissible after successful completion of training.
