Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT) – Electronics – Years Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized Institution |
| 2. Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT) – Electrical – Years Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Institution |
| 3. Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT) – Mechanical – Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institution |
| 4. Technician C – Electronic Mechanic – SSLC + ITI + one year apprenticeship. National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electronic Mechanic trade. |
| 5. Technician C – Electrical – SSLC + ITI + one year apprenticeship. National Apprenticeship Certificate in Electrical trade. |
| 6. Technician C – Fitter – SSLC + ITI + one year apprenticeship. National Apprenticeship Certificate in Fitter trade. |

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Salary Details:
| 1. Engineering Assistant Trainee (EAT) – Pay scale :Rs.24,500-3%- Rs.90,000/-+admissible allowances CTC: Rs. 6.77 Lakhs (approx) |
| 2. Technician C – Pay scale :Rs.21,500-3%- Rs.82,000/-+admissible allowances CTC: Rs. 5.94 Lakhs (approx.) |

BEL may follow the following process to select the candidates.

Application Fee:
a) Candidates belonging to GEN/OBC/EWS category are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 250+ 18% GST = Rs. 295 (in total)
i. SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from paying application fee. ii. Application fee is non-refundable.
iii. Candidates may go through all the instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting the Application Fee.
iv. Application fee needs to be remitted through online mode i.e. SBI Collect.
v. Non-Receipt of Application Fees due to any Error like Failure of Amount not being Deducted from Applicants Bank, Payment against any other Post Advertised by BEL, Payment not received by BEL due to any Reason or any other Reason not directly attributable to BEL will not be entertained.
