Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. HR Executive – – Graduates with excellent communication skills – Preferably MBA (HR)/PGDBM Experience: 2-3 years of experience in healthcare or Hospital or any other relevant industry. |
| 2. HR Consultant (Personal Department) – – MBA in HR (Regular) from premier Tier 1 Institute. Experience: 15-20 years of total work experience in HR with at least 5- 8 years as head of HR |
| 3. Medical Record Technician – – 12th class pass, preferably in Science or equivalent from a recognized Board/University; And – Certificate in Medical Records (from a recognized Institute or authority issued after not less than 06 months training course) and 02 years’ experience in Medical Record keeping in Hospital Setup. And – Ability to use Computers-Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations. Typing Speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 word per minutes in Hindi. |
| 4. Gas Manifold Supervisor – – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience with Manifold or its repairs in supervisory capacity in Medical setup – Must be capable of carrying out work associated with the Medical Gas Management distribution line, taps and outlets, etc |
