Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:  

1. Regional Manager (Sales & Operations) – West
Minimum Qualification: MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 8 years for MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer; OR 11 years for Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with prior experience of sales & operations in the travel & tourism industry shall be preferred.
2. Deputy Manager (Call Centre Operations) –
Minimum Qualification: MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 4 years for MTM or Equivalent/ MBA/ Graduate Engineer OR 7 years for Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3)
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with prior experience of managing call centres in the Travel industry shall be preferred.
3. Assistant Manager (Sales) –
Minimum Qualification: MTM or Equivalent / MBA / Graduate Engineer OR Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 2 years for MTM or Equivalent/ MBA/ Graduate Engineer OR 4 years for Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3)
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with prior experience of sales in the Travel & Tourism industry shall be preferred.
4. Officer (Domestic Holidays) –
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 2 years
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with in-depth knowledge of tourist destinations/cir cuits within India, domestic holiday packages and familiarity with India’s LTC guidelines and regulations along with prior experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Travel and Tourism industry shall be preferred.
5. Senior Customer Service Officer –
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3)
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 2 years
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with prior experience of customer servicing in the holidays / hospitality sector shall be preferred.
6. Officer (Operations) –
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred.
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 2 years
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with relevant experience in Operations in Travel & Tourism Companies will be preferred.
7. Officer (Sales) –
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred.
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 2 years
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with relevant prior experience in Sales in the Holidays/Hospit ality/Travel/To urism Companies will be preferred.
8. Officer (VISA) –
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred.
Minimum Experience (in Years) : 2 years
Preferred Experience (Quality&/Year): Candidates with prior experience of VISA processing, documentation, etc. in the hospitality/holid ays sector shall be preferred.
9. Officer / Junior Officer (Travel) –
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) along with specialization in Travel and/or Tourism and related domains or those having additional Certifications / Diploma etc. in Travel and/or Tourism shall be preferred. The Upper age limit for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SCs/ STs & 13 years for OBC [NCL]). Persons with 40% or more Disability shall be eligible for relaxation. The PwBD candidates must possess a Certificate to this effect issued by the Board/ countersigned by the Medical Superintendent/ Chief Medical Officer/ Head of Hospital of Government as per the format available on the Company website. Certificates received in any other format shall not be considered for availing reservation benefits.
