Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. E 4 – Company Secretary (FT) – Qualification: Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary with Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidates with CA/ICMA and or Degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE., will be preferred. Experience: Post qualification experience of 8 years & above. |
| 2. E 5 – Company Secretary (FT) – Qualification:Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary with Associate/Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
