Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Secretarial Executive – Qualification: Cleared ICSI Exec utive (Intermediate) both groups and re gistered for Professional (Final) programme. Experience: Successfully compl eted the mandatory Management Training of 21 months or more as prescribed by the ICSI from time to time |
| 2. System Administrator – Qualification: B. Tech Computer Science/IT +CCNA/ REDHAT/ MCSE. Experience: 2 years of IT/Net working experience |
| 3. Electrician – Qualification: SSLC qualified with a certificate course in any of these: a) ITI Electrician, or ITI (Wireman Trade) or KGCE (Electrical) b) National Trade Certificate in the trade of electrician secured after two years training courses in the Industrial Training Institute c) Certificate in the trade of electrician secured after 18 months course in the Industrial Training Institute with an in-plant training of 6 months Experience: The candidate should have experience of not less than one year as an Electrician under the Government body or in a reputed institution |
| 4. Designer – Qualification: Bachelor of Fine Arts or Graphic Arts with Diploma in Animation and software knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Corel Draw from reputed institution Experience: 2 years’ experience as Graphic Designer |

Selection Process:
The applications will be subjected to a scrutiny based on the details provided by the candidate, and a list of candidates eligible for further selection process will be prepared. The various stages of selection process (test, presentation, group discussion, interview as the case may be) will be decided based on the number of eligible applications received. The appointment of candidates will be based on the combined score for the selection process subject to the fulfilment of other eligibility criteria, as per the norms of KSIDC/CMD.
