Educational Qualification for ECIL:
- Executive Officer (Purchase) (Category-1)
- Any Graduation with Background in Material Management with 5 Years Experience OR
- Any Graduation with Master degree/PGDM in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent with 3 Years Experience
- Executive Officer (Purchase) (Category-2)
- Qualification: Graduation in B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical/ Civil with background in Management/ concluding contract for execution of works with 5 Years Experience OR
- Graduation in B.Tech./ B.E. in Electrical/ Civil with Master degree/PGDM in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management or equivalent with 3 Years Experience.
Age Limit for ECIL: (As on 20.02.2026)
- Executive Officer (Purchase) – 35 years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
- For SC/ ST Applicants: +5 years
- For OBC Applicants: +3 years
