IIT Madras Research Associate Eligibility Criteria:
| Qualification: Ph.D./M.Phil. / Postgraduate in Management or Social Sciences (MBA in HR/MSW/ MA in IR & PM/ Psychology/ Sociology/Gender Studies) with minimum 55% marks in the post-graduation. Note: Candidates will be short-listed initially based on the qualification, and relevant work/ research experience (if any) and only the short-listed candidates will be called for interview. Fulfilment of minimum qualification does not guarantee interview call. Skills: – Strong motivation and interest in research – Strong communication skills (oral and written) – Skills in Microsoft office tools – Working knowledge with SPSS and AMOS – Willingness to travel (if required) Note: Candidates who have a background and knowledge or prior experience in similar projects in Gender Studies, Women’s Entrepreneurship, fieldwork and statistical data analysis in general will be preferred. |
Fellowship:
