RITES Planning Expert Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Contract Specialist – Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its related field Post Qualification Experience: (a) Total Professional Experience of Minimum 20 years. (b) Minimum Experience of 2 years as Contracts Manager/head of planning in Major Infrastructure/ Railways/ Metro/Flyovers/Viaduct Projects. (c) Should preferably have experience related to Project Management consultancy. |
| 2. Quality Control / Material Engineer (Civil) – Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its related field Post Qualification Experience: (a) Total Professional Experience of Minimum 10 years. (b) Minimum Experience of 3 years as QA/QC/Material Engineer for major Infrastructure projects |
| 3. SHE Expert – Full time Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering AND Diploma/Degree in industrial safety/BE/B. Tech in safety/Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Sciences/International Qualifications like CSP (Certified safety professional), NEBOSH Diploma, Grad IOSH, CMIOSH. Post Qualification Experience: (a) Total Professional Experience of Minimum 10 years. (b) Minimum Experience of 3 years as SHE Engineer for major construction projects. |

RITES Planning Expert Selection Process 2023:
The applications received shall be screened for eligibility. The candidates may be shortlisted for selection. The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for selection out of eligible candidates.
The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under:
Experience – 10%
Interview – 90%
(Technical & Professional proficiency – 60 %; Personality Communication & Competency – 30%)
