Educational Qualification:

| 2. Technician (Diploma) Apprentice – A Diploma in Engineering or technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline. |
| Bachelor of Science / B.C.A. / Diploma passed (in the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 Only) and who have registered in MHRD NATS portal (www.nats.education.gov.in), which is mandatory. |
