Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
– Doctorate (fresher) or master’s degree with 5+ years of industrial experience in R&D in Switched mode power conversion.
– Good fundamental knowledge in Switched mode power conversion to design and develop high efficiency AC/DC power supplies for 3 phase input, output power of >5kW along with knowledge of magnetic component design, high frequency high power PCB layout, Firmware development, DFMEA and RCA methods.
Preferred Experience:
– Candidate should have strong working knowledge of Power electronics circuit design including magnetics, high density electronics packaging, thermal design, mechanical design, PCB design, design for EMC and compliance to global safety standards and design for manufacturing and sourcing.
– Experience in designing power electronics circuits using SiC and GaN devices will be plus.
– Experience in designing control and management circuits using DSP and FPGA’s.
– Hands-on experience with design and simulation software like MathCAD, SIMPLIS, MATLAB, P-spice, Powersim etc.
– Understanding of system architecture design & cross-functional integration.
– Develop state diagram for control engineers.
– Should have experience in solving Electrical, Thermal and EMC issues in product will be plus.
– Should be able to perform tolerance analysis, worst-case circuit analysis.
– The ability to code control firmware will be an added advantage.
– Demonstrated experience to complete product development life cycle (concept to EOL) will be plus.
– Experience in working with global customers and manufacturing companies will be a plus.
– Product development experience in Agile will be a plus.
Salary Details: Consolidated pay Rs.1,00,000/(minimum) per month all inclusive; actual designation and salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.
