Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Project Associate-I – Essential Qualifications: B.E./B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to the candidate with specialization or masters of engineering in Heat transfer/ Thermal Engineering/ Renewable engineering/ Fluid Mechanics/ Industrial Engineering/Machine Design and Solid Mechanics. |
| 2. Project Associate-I – Essential Qualifications: B.E./B. Tech. Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent Desirable experience: The selected candidates will have to focus on mechanical system such as equipment design, development, fabrication, procurement, material handling, installation & commissioning of the system, overall site supervision, data collection & analysis, monitoring & inspection, optimization, and extensive field work within salt-related field activities. They need to possess expertise in operating solar thermal energy-based instruments/devices, solar reflector/concentrators. Additionally, candidates must be capable of implementing integrated systems to enhance salt yield in brine ponds. This role demands hands-on involvement from conceptual design to practical implementation and ongoing monitoring for optimization. |
| 3. Project Associate-I – Essential Qualifications:- M. Sc. in Chemistry Desirable experience / qualification: The selected candidates are required to work on experience in laboratory experiments / chemical analysis. |

Salary Details:
| – Rs. 31000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests-CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE OR (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and institutions. – Rs. 25000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above. |
