Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Professor – Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record and a minimum of 10 years post Ph.D. experience, of which, at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IISc, IIMs, and IISER or at an equivalent Indian or foreign institution/ institutions of comparable standards. Should have r el e v ant high teaching, research, training and consulting credentials. |
| 2. Associate Professor – Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of six years relevant post Ph.D. teaching/ research /industry experience, of which, at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professors or equivalent |
| 3. Assistant Professor Grade-I – Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years of relevant post Ph.D. teaching/research/ industrial experience. |
| 4. Assistant Professor Grade-II (on contract) – Should have a Ph.D. with first class at the preceding degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. |
Publication Requirements: Candidates applying for faculty positions should have strong research credentials through publications in ABDC or ABS-ranked journals. Note: For applicants in Business Communication, apart from ABDC/ABS journal ranking, SCImago Journal Rank Indicator (Quartile) would also be considered.
