Educational Qualification:
| 1. Junior Supervisor (Canteen) – Essential Educational Qualification: Graduate in Hotel management / Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a recognized institute OR Graduate in any discipline with diploma in Hotel management or catering management from a recognized institute Essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience in handling industrial canteen or hotel or large food establishment. Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English |
| 2. Junior Supervisor (Electrical -Safety) – Essential Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering and one year full time Diploma in Industrial Safety awarded by Board of Technical Education of any State Government / Union territory or CLI, RLI (Ministry of Labour) Essential Work Experience: The candidate should possess minimum 2 years post qualification relevant work experience in the supervisory capacity in a factory. Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English |
