- Education Qualification: Degree from a recognized university, qualified as a Company Secretary and having a valid membership from ICSI.
- Experience: The Candidate should have an overall work experience of 3 (three) years as a designated Company Secretary preferably in a Listed company and adequate experience in dealing with board matters and SEBI, Stock exchange, etc

- Education Qualification: Degree from a recognized university, Intermediate (Executive level) qualified from ICSI

Pay Scale for TNPDCL:
