TNPL Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for TNPL: 

1. General Manager – Purchase
Qualification: First Class Full Time Engineering Degree with First Class Master of Business Administration/ First Class PG Diploma in Materials Management. (or) First Class Full Time B.E. / B.Tech in any Stream of Engineering / Technology.
Experience: 
– Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in an industrial organization of repute, as on 01/01/2025.
– Should have handled supply chain management in a senior position for a minimum period of 5 years in a continuous process plant with an IT environment. 
– The incumbent will be responsible for overall functions of procurement including bulk materials within the country and abroad. 
2. General Manager – Plantation – 
Qualification: First class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture). (or) First class full time M.Sc. (Botany).
Experience:
Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience as on 01.01.2025 in pulpwood plantations of which 10 years should have been in the plantation field in a reputed Pulp and Paper Mill or State Forest Corporation. 
– GM (Plantation) will lead a large team in achieving the strategic objectives which will include all the activities from plant production to supply of yield to our factory.
3. AGM – Security Services (On contract Basis) –
Qualification: Persons with minimum qualification of graduation and retired from Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Air Force) or Commissioned officers in Central Paramilitary Forces such as the CRPF, CISF, BSF, and RPF, or those with the corresponding minimum rank of Assistant Commandant or Dy. Superintendent of Police.
Experience: Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2025 out of which a minimum 06 years of Industrial Security Experience in large Scale Industry.
4. Senior Manager – IT(Full Stack)(On Contract Basis) –
Qualification: First-Class full-time B.E. / B.Tech. in CS/IT
Skill Set : Full Stack/Mobile App/Portal Developer
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 8 years of post-qualification hand-on experience as on 01/01/2025 in
• FullStackdevelopment MEAN/MERN(AngularJS/ReactJS),Microsoft ASP.Net,Python & Java technologies,
• Java development,SpringBoot and integration with internal and external data sources,
• Android Mobile application development in Kotlin,Androidx,Android SDK,Android NDK,
• Swift for iOS/iMac of Apple
• Portal, Digital content development,
• Experience in Oracle/MS SEQUEEL/MySQL databases
• Solid experience in designing API such as RESTful, Webservices with JSON
• Collaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements(FRS) and translate them into actionable technical specification(TS)
• Exposure to Oracle APEX, Oracle ADF,Power BI & GIS are desirable
• Exposure to DevOps,CI/CD tools such as Git-Hub,SVN,etc are considered
• Certification in any of the above skill sets are desirable and
• Experience in Continuous process industries such as Pulp&Paper,Board and know the entire business process functionalities end to end such as O2C,P2P,R2R,etc., with Oracle ERP expertise.
5. Senior Manager – IT(Business Intelligence) (On Contract Basis) –
Qualification:  First-Class full-time B.E. / B.Tech. in CS /IT.
Skill Set: Business Intelligence Developer
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 8 years of post-qualification hand-on experience as on 01/01/2025 in
• Microsoft Power BI advanced tools with MS SQL Server BI stack, including SSRS, TSQL and Tableau & Other BI tools,
• Strong experience in Power Query, MDX, DAX,
• Experience in connecting Power BI to various data sources such as RDBMS,Time-Series,Graph,No SQL,
• Familiar with data modelling and ETL process,
• Experience in Python or “R” script for advanced analytics,
• Experience to ensure data accuracy,integratity and security across all reporting solutions,
• Experience in Data Fabric, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.,
• Experience in SQL script, Excel (Advanced, Macro/VBA),Geographical Information System, MS SharePoint • Certications in any of the above skill sets are desirable and

6. Senior Manager – IT (Industry 4.0) (On Contract Basis) –
