TNPL Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for TNPL:
| 1. General Manager – Purchase – Qualification: First Class Full Time Engineering Degree with First Class Master of Business Administration/ First Class PG Diploma in Materials Management. (or) First Class Full Time B.E. / B.Tech in any Stream of Engineering / Technology. Experience: – Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in an industrial organization of repute, as on 01/01/2025. – Should have handled supply chain management in a senior position for a minimum period of 5 years in a continuous process plant with an IT environment. – The incumbent will be responsible for overall functions of procurement including bulk materials within the country and abroad. |
| 2. General Manager – Plantation – Qualification: First class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture). (or) First class full time M.Sc. (Botany). Experience: – Minimum 29 years of post qualification experience as on 01.01.2025 in pulpwood plantations of which 10 years should have been in the plantation field in a reputed Pulp and Paper Mill or State Forest Corporation. – GM (Plantation) will lead a large team in achieving the strategic objectives which will include all the activities from plant production to supply of yield to our factory. |

AGM – Security Services (On contract Basis) – Qualification: Persons with minimum qualification of graduation and retired from Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Air Force) or Commissioned officers in Central Paramilitary Forces such as the CRPF, CISF, BSF, and RPF, or those with the corresponding minimum rank of Assistant Commandant or Dy. Superintendent of Police. Experience: Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience as on 01/01/2025 out of which a minimum 06 years of Industrial Security Experience in large Scale Industry. |
