NSIC Manager Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager – Business Development
Qualifications : First class Graduate with 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) and with Two years full time regular MBA (First Class with minimum 60% marks, 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) – with specialization in Marketing from a recognized University or institution.
Experience : 17 years after MBA
General Manager – Technology
Qualifications : For Civil: First class 4 years full time regular B.E. / B. Tech degree with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) in Civil thereof from a recognized University or institution. : For Electrical/Electronics/Communication/IT or Combination: First class 4 years full time regular B.E. / B. Tech degree with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation in marks to SC/ST/PwBD) in Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science & Engg., Information Technology or combination thereof from a recognized University or institution.
Experience : 17 years after B.E. / B. Tech
General Manager – Law & Recovery

6. Deputy Manager – 31 years.
7. Deputy Manager (F&A) – 31 years.

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. 5. Chief Manager (F&A) – Rs. 60,000-1,80,000
6. Deputy Manager – Rs. 40,000-1,40,000
7. Deputy Manager (F&A) – Rs. 40,000-1,40,000

NSIC Manager Selection Process 2023:

1. The selection process shall consist of Written Test (wherever specified) and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates (Weightage for Written test- 70% and for Personal interview – 30%)

2. Minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be 50% (relaxable upto 5% for SC/ST/PwBD).
