| 1. PS-II-1 -Project Scientist-II (01 Post) – i. Master’s Degree in Science or Technology in Oceanography/Atmospheric Sciences/ Marine Sciences or equivalent OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology in the relevant subject from a recognized university with at least 60% marks in the qualifying degree level. ii. Three years’ experience in R&D in industrial and Academic institutions or S&T Organisations and Scientific activities and services related to the specific fields of polar sea ice dynamicsor climate variability or climate data analysis onocean-ice-atmosphere interactions). Desirable: 1. Experience in climate data analysis, ocean-ice-atmospheric data processing and interpretation, programming languages/software skills in MATLAB, C++, Python, CDO, FERRET, GRADS, satellite image processing, and GIS. 2. High-quality publications in SCI journals in the relevant field. |
