HCL Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for HCL Workmen 2025:
| 1. Chargeman (Electrical) – Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with one year experience in mining installations as supervisor after acquiring Supervisory Certificate of competency, covering mining installations issued by the appropriate government. OR ITI (Electrical) with three years of supervisory experience in mining installations following the issuance of a Supervisory Certificate of Competency by the relevant government. 3 years three months four years 4 years two years five years 5 years OR Class 10th with five years of supervisory experience in mining installations following the issuance of a Supervisory Certificate of Competency by the relevant government. Statutory Certificate: Should have a Current wireman’s permit issued by the Government Electrical Inspector. |
| 2. Electrician ‘A’ – Educational Qualification: ITI (Electrical) with four years experience as Electrician OR Class 10th with seven year experience, as Electrician. Statutory Certificate: Should have a Current wireman’s permit issued by the Government Electrical Inspector. |
| 3. Electrician ‘B’ – Educational Qualification: ITI (Electrical) with three years experience as electrician OR Class 10th with six years experience as electrician. Statutory Certificate: Should possess valid wireman permit from Government Electrical Inspector. |
