Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: (As on 01.02.2024)

  • Senior Manager (Mechanical) – Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 9 years executive experience in maintenance / consultancy / projects / construction / fabrication departments in mechanical field in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petro Chemical plants or large engineering firms / construction firms / Government / Defence Services, of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) scales, in E3 grade i.e. Rs.60000-180000/- (if 2017 based Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs P/A.
  • Senior Manager (Marketing) – Two years Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Post Diploma in Management (with specialisation or elective in Marketing Management / Agriculture Business Management) with 9 years executive experience in trading / sales / marketing of products in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Agro field industries of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in E3 grade i.e. Rs.60000-180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.
  • Officer (Sales) – B. Sc. Degree in Agriculture with 60% marks.
  • Officer (Welfare) – (i) Degree of a University recognised by the Government of Kerala (ii) Degree or Diploma in Social Science or LLB (with Labour Law as elective subject)
  • Management Trainee (Chemical) – Bachelor‟s Degree in Engineering (in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Petrochemical Technology), with 60% marks.
  • Management Trainee (Mechanical) – Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks.
  • Management Trainee (Electrical) – Bachelor Degree in Engineering (in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks.
  • Management Trainee (Instrumentation) – Bachelor Degree in Engineering (in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks.

  • Management Trainee (Finance) – Pass in final examination as : (i) Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR (ii) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)/ (ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India.
  • Management Trainee (Human Resources & Administration) – Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/Human Recourse Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/ Human Recourse Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialisation in Personnel/ Human Recourse Management) or Business Administration (specialisation in Personnel/ Human Recourse Management), with 60% marks.
  • Management Trainee (Materials) – Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Two years Post Graduate Degree in any discipline (including Business Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management, with 60% marks.
  • Technician (Process) – B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology) and 2 years experience in the operation/ Analytical field / Quality Control / Chemical Control / Process Control / R&D in a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/Petrochemical Plant. In the absence of sufficient suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 2 years, candidates with the prescribed Educational qualification and 1 to 2 years‟ of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with experience as above.
  • Craftsman (Instrumentation) – Std X pass with National Trade Certificate in the trade of Instrumentation with 2 years experience as Craftsman Instrumentation in a large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in Engineering Industry. In the absence of sufficient suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 2 years, candidates with the prescribed Educational qualifications and 1 to 2 years years of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with experience as above.
  • Rigger Assistant – Std X pass with 5 years experience in Materials handling, Rigging jobs and other works related to plant / equipment / maintenance in a large Fertiliser / Chemical/ Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in Engg Industry. Should possess good physique and physical stamina.

  • Post Codes 1 & 2 – Based on total marks scored in the Personal Interview. Candidates provisionally Short Listing based on the initial screening of applications will be called for Personal Interview to be held at Kochi.
  • Post Codes 3 & 4 – Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT) and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi / Hyderabad / Chennai / Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram)  / Kochi and Personal Interview will be held at Kochi.
  • Post Codes 5 to 14 – Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT), Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi / Hyderabad / Chennai / Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi and Group Discussion/ Personal Interview will be held at Kochi.
  • Post Code 15 – Based on completed years of relevant experience (maximum of 2 years) and total marks scored in Test (CBT). The test is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi.
  • Post Code 16 – Based on total marks scored in Test (CBT) and pass in Skill Test. The test (CBT) is proposed to be held at Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi. Skill Test will be conducted at Kochi
