BEML Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification for BEML: (As on 05.02.2025)

1. Senior Manager (Gr-V) HR Dept. – 
Qualification: First Class Graduate with two years full time MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM(HR) / MA (PM & IR) from a recognized University / Institution. It is preferred to have a SAP HCM/HANA certification.
Post Qualification Experience: 11 Years
2. Manager (Gr-IV) HR (SAP) –  
Qualification: First Class Degree in Engineering / First Class Graduate with two years full time MBA (HR) / MSW / PGDM(HR) / MA (PM & IR) from a recognized University / Institution. It is preferred to have a SAP HCM/HANA certification.
Post Qualification Experience: 08 Years
3. Assistant Manager (Gr-III) Cyber Security –  
Qualification: First Class Degree in engineering in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics from a recognized University / Institution. It is preferred to have a SIEM tool or cyber security certification.Post Qualification Experience: 04 Years
4. Assistant Manager (Gr-III) Network & System Administrator – 
Qualification:  First Class Degree in engineering in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics from a recognized University / Institution. Certification in CCNA or equivalent is preferred.

5. Assistant Manager (Gr-III). NET Developer –  
Qualification: First Class Degree in engineering in Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics or MCA from a recognized University / Institution

6. Chief General Manager (Gr-IX) Rolling stock Manufacturing –  
Qualification: A first-class engineering degree from an accredited university or other establishment. A PG Degree or Diploma in Management or Engineering will be advantageous. Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
