Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| 1. Faculty (Marine Engineering) – Essential: a) MEO Class – I (Motor) Certificate of Competency issued by Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. b) Sailing experience for a minimum period of six months at Management level within the meaning of STCW Convention, as amended. c) VICT / TOTA Course Certificate or Willingness to do before joining Desirable: a) Six months of teaching / training experience in Maritime Training Institute(s) in India – Desirable b) TSTA Course Certificate. |

Faculty (Nautical Science) – Essential: a) Master (Foreign Going) Certificate of Competency issued by Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India. b) Sailing experience for a minimum period of six months at Management level within the meaning of STCW Convention, as amended. c) VICT / TOTA Course Certificate or Willingness to do before joining Desirable: a) Six months of teaching / training experience in Maritime Training Institute(s) in India – Desirable b) TSTA Course Certificate. |
